Can be used as anti-corrosion coating, lining and gasket for heating food, anti sticking conveyor belt, high-frequency copper-clad laminate, building film material, insulation material, microwave drying conveyor belt, flexible compensator, friction material, etc. Pads, baking pans, microwave pads, microwave drying belts, etc. Plastic, rubber, anti stick lining, gaskets, coverings, carpet tape applications, etc. Depending on the thickness, it can be used for conveyor belts in various drying machines, such as drying medicinal materials, tea leaves, food, chemicals, adhesive tapes for various petrochemical pipelines, electronic and electrical insulation, temperature resistant coatings, anti-corrosion coatings for environmental desulfurization of power plant exhaust gas, sealing tapes, etc.

Polytetrafluoroethylene high-temperature cloth is used for temperatures between -196 ℃ and 300 ℃. It has weather resistance and aging resistance. After practical application, if left continuously at 250 ℃ for 200 days, not only will the strength not decrease, but the weight will also not decrease. After being placed at 350 ℃ for 120 hours, the weight only decreased by 0.6%. At -180 ℃, cracks will not appear at ultra-low temperatures and the original softness will be maintained. Non sticky: not easily adhered to any substance. Easy to clean various oil stains, dirt or other attachments attached to its surface; Almost all sticky substances, such as paste, resin, paint, can be easily removed; Resistant to chemical corrosion, strong acids, strong alkalis, and various organic solvents. Low friction coefficient (0.05-0.1) is the best choice for oil-free self-lubricating. The transmittance is 6-13%. It has high insulation performance (small dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent less than 0.0025), UV resistance, and anti-static. Good dimensional stability (elongation less than 5 ‰) and high strength. Has good mechanical properties. Resistant and non-toxic.
